| The Psycho Soldiers will be having a practice game day at Gateway Paintball on 11 July. I will be calling tmrw to verify open play on the 11th and to find out what time they kick off in the morning and how long they play to. I will be driving down and staying in a hotel in St Peters Friday Night. We will probably all meet up at Marauder's Place early Saturday morning and carpool/convoy down to the field from there. Here's the pricing at Gateway...
Rental Packages #1 Admission with rental equipment and 200 paintballs $25.00 #2 Admission with rental equipment and 500 paintballs $35.00 #3 Admission with rental equipment and 1000 paintballs $45.00
Own Equipment Admission with no paint purchase $20.00 Admission with purchase of 500 or 1000 paintballs $10.00 Admission with purchase of a case (2000 paintballs) @ $60 FREE

| from what i remember there are 3 woods fields not sure on the exact number....one field is a trench field with 4 ft high trenches which is pretty cool! all the other wood fields have various type of cover in them but they are mostly wood/mdf. the other fields i dont really remember there layout. | |

| I've looked online but never have been there before, we are just working off Murph's and Marauder's knowledge, but pretty much just Murph's, since Marauder just log's in but never says anything... | |

| damn... hate going into unfamiliar territory with out some basic form of layout. well, (for murph then since jay never says anything on the forums lol) whats the basic layout like? is it seperate woodsball fields? one big field with different bases? man-made or natural woods? thick or thinly wooded? any water bodies (creeks, rivers, ponds, lakes, oceans [lol])? what kind of barriers/bunkers are layed on the field(s)? amount of players on the average weekend? quality of the players? what kind of games are played (elimination, capture the flag, center flag, ect.)?
give us the scoop man! lol

| well the wooded fields i would say arent real thick but they have a good amount of trees....there are various sizes of trees you can use for cover. theres also high grass and shit in spots on some of the wood fields. other things used for cover are wood, wooden spools maybe some barrels i cant remember. theres also a make shift bunker/tower on one of the fields.
i cant really remember the layouts of the wood fields. there i believe 3 wood fields. theres also i trench field which i dont know if thats considered a wood field. the whole field is just 3-4ft hight trenches you walk through. its pretty sweet! the other fields are more speedball designed.
if you watch that video on the website you can get a feel of the wooded fields especially the guy sitting in some brush/weeds. like i said above the wood fields are just straight woods, there is plywood and shit thrown in form some added cover

| Yeah it was a blast! gateway was fun, the day was nice weather, and there was a big group there for open play! And in the future to let everyone know, we play in all types of weather- that is the fun of it! | |
